Time & Location
1st Location: The Hershey Story Museum
Address: 63 W Chocolate Ave, Hershey, PA 17033. There is a free parking garage directly behind the Hershey Story Museum.
Date & Time: Friday, April 4th. Please meet at the entrance by 10:45 for our entrance time of 11:00 a.m. so that we can go in together and pay.
Cost: $11/student; 1 adult free for every 5 children. Important: They do not require that we pay ahead of time, but we do have to pay as one payment rather than separate families. Please bring cash and then we will make the entrance payment all together, otherwise we will not get the group rate. We need a minimum of 15 students for the group rate.
Details: This is an inside museum; average tour time is 60-75 minutes. We need to enter together to get the reduced rate. Please bring cash for this. If we do not have a minimum of 15 students, we will just cancel the reservation.

2 nd Location: Hershey’s Chocolate World
Address: Address: 101 Chocolate World Way, Hershey, PA 17033. Free parking for 3 hours.
Date & Time: After the museum, we will break for lunch and then go to Chocolate World.
Cost: FREE for the chocolate tour, unless your family decides to do any of the other adventures. The field trip plan is just for the chocolate tour. There is also a massive store to fulfill all your chocolate dreams.

Deadline to register: Deadline to register: March 28th (this deadline is firm as Dawn needs to get them a final headcount – please also include the number of adults attending)
